Larry was one of our first clients to test the method.

Larry is one of the most charismatic motherfuckas you'll ever meet.
He brings a lot to a zoom call, 
and together we cracked his Customer Cult.

We took his program and worked it through the framework to birth "Your Goodest Life" .

This gave him the clarity in his message to start selling. He started closing $5k-$10k packages before even having a website.

It gave him the clarity on how to rally his people. He created the Goodest Life shades that his people wear to give them  a new perspective.

Larry cried actual sweet tears when he finally had the clarity for his business and said "this is the best i've felt with clothes on"

Then we started to work with Cassidy for his coaching business.

Cassidy played in the NHL and spent decades working on his method to coach up and coming hockey players on their mental game.
 This made him a great coach but he was struggling to get sales.
So we worked on his Tribe Map to get the blueprint formulated for turning his coaching into a 'customer cult' 


We got the message clear.
We then built the membership site out so he could coach at scale.

He got massive clarity on his brand and direction.
He was able to quit 2 teaching jobs, go all in on his business.

He TRIPED his business the following year. 

 He now has 18 coaches in his business, and has expanded to all other sports.

Then we got the pleasure of helping Carlen carve out her corner of the internet:

When we met Carlen she was a psychotherapist working in clinic with ambitions to grow a movement.
We stayed up till 5am one night working on her Tribe Map and popped champagne as the birds woke up to celebrate.

It was also the first time we took shrooms to try and extract the big idea.

She already had the GODDESS term but we needed a unique identity for her to run with (and trademark)

She's now one of Canada's go-to women to talk about weed and sex for women as well as a high paid therapist.

She wrote a book called LOVE that hit 4x Amazon bestseller

Then we started to get some confidence and pushed hard to let Funk give us a go when he was about to shut down his membership...

I was working for our mentor at the time when I got sent to Infusionsoft University in Toronto, this is where I met Funk Roberts.
We were the backrow bandits and hit it off immediately.

Fast forward 3 years of flirting...
We meet up in the Christmas holidays after he told us he was going to shut down his membership site.

We spent 8 hours in a boardroom in Toronto working on his Tribe Map.
We got super clear on all 7 elements of tribal psychology and then flew back to Mexico to get building.

We redesigned the customer experience to the Tribe Method way and then relaunched the same list.

We got 700 men to join the challenge.

Then most of them joined the membership, getting us to $10k quickly.

Then we knew it was a hit when we saw Bruce get "Over 40 Brotherhood" tattooed to his forearm. 

From brand new to branded within 112 days! 

Within 18 months we hit $1.2 million dollars in revenue with over 12000 members and got one these awards! 

FUNK ROBERTS

Then Russell saw what we had and said "I want the 'Funk Roberts'"

Russell was one of the most sought after in the world for self defence and was selling DVD's to his audience.

We started off getting his message dialed in so he can attract the right customers who will pay and stay.

Then we turned his DVD's into a 4 part membership expeience.
They had to progress through each and there were collective rituals to do along the way.

The guys soon called themselves "the brothers of the red fist"

They talked about getting the tattoo, buying the merch and the retention hit 43 months without touching it.


Russell even said "these guys are more engaged than blokes who've spent $20,000 to work with me"

Then Chandler wanted 'the Funk Roberts' too...

Chandler (Coach Mandler) approached us looking to get "The Funk Roberts" - he was tired of living in launch mode and wanted that sweet MRR (monthly recurring revenue).

We put his story through our Tribe Map and built out his message, his membership and his community.

We made about $12,000 on launch and then started scaling.

It wasn't long before boys like Mike and Walter started to tell us it was the most thorough product he's ever put out.

We had pretty crazy retention, and multiple guys giving us testimonials even when they were cancelling, saying it was an incredible experience.

We made over $135,000 before Chandler decided to pivot to something he was more inspired by (with having 2 new kids)

Then Chandler wanted 'the Funk Roberts' too...

We realized we're really good with content businesses and so we had a friend introduce us to Tim who has bought and managed over 68 properties in the Short Term Rental space.

He had frameworks for how to replicate his success, and wanted to teach it.
So we partnered on his Rest Methods.

We built out his message using the Tribe Map and came up with the new identity:

We generated almost $100,000 in the 18 months together.

Then we got the chance to test the method with our first ECOM company!

We saw Craig (him and his wife run the company) talking about how they made their first $1M using TikTok influencers and I saw so much potential.

So I reached out and convinced him to hire us to help create a 'customer cult' out of his audience.

He had no idea what I was talking about and said "this is either going to be a dumpster fire, or a homerun."

Thankfully it was latter... 

We helped them rally their audience, 
we created rituals for what THEY do together,
we created slang for the Tribe,
helped turn that into Merch...

We turned their audience into a customer cult.

and now they're doing about $16M per year and their Facebook group is almost 40,000 strong.

They're f*ckin crushin the game and they are TRUE leaders of their cult.

And then we landed a dream partner...

Jay came to us when he was tired of the high ticket coaching game and wanted to run with the low ticket skool to make a bigger impact and stop working so damn hard.

He had a badass methodology and he was pricing out 50% of his audience who couldn't afford his $5-$20k packages.

We created a badass skool challenge using his method and changed up the workout plan every 4-6 weeks.

We created a bangin' indoctrination sequence that gets them bought in on becoming a Renegade.

Then introduced the rituals of what WE do.

Now we're seeing an average of 300-500 daily activities on a group of 100 people.

Hot engagement.
Hot results.
Lots of camraderie.
and skool payment notifications popping off everyday.

And now we're on his "Hall of Fame" of homies he's worked with.

Then we had enough certainty to launch our first cohort.

Jared joined our first cohort cause he was at a crossroads of wanting to help people with Sync licensing for music.

He's made hundreds of thousands doing this for himself and had a bulletproof method for getting placements after getting himself into Netflix, video games, etc.

He loved helping but had a marketing problem.

We said "I dont think you have a marketing problem, I think your offer and message is off."

So we put him through the Tribe Map and got re-aligned on his message, his audience, his result... all 7 elements of tribal psychology.

This allowed him to create a better journey for his people, with proper indoctrination, rituals and cult bonding.

He relaunched to the same list and doubled his MRR.
Then he ran a webinar for his last ditch effort to squeeze out his founding member (re)launch and got 30 more.

He tripled his member base in under 2 weeks.

And now he's talking to the right people and saying the right things, getting 88 cent LEADS and over 500 leads in his first week turning ads on.

Steve also found success with the Cult Creator model.

Steve has a gym in Australia.
He's been itching to get more leverage instead of having to be in the gym and 1:1 with clients.

He saw what we did with Funk and was excited to finally find his answer.

We named the method "The V8 method" (using the 8 letters of 'vascular'.)

We got the indoctrination done.
Added rituals.
And all the cult bonding principles necessary.

He said his emails are finally pulling people in as we are
"speaking their language".

He launched to his tiny list over the Founding Member week and got his first 14 guys.

He made over $2000 and said that of all the business models he's tried, he already knows this is going to be his most successful.

SUPERHERO SQUAD

Launched "The Superhero Squad" with a Hollywood Trainer (he trained Hugh Jackman to become Wolverine)

He had a membership called "LETS LIVE FIT" which we thought was a horrible name given his credibility.

So we helped create his membership while we were super broke living in Ukraine.
We flew to England and did tea in a sweet hotel and he even had BBC reach out about doing a show which could have launched this membership to the moon.

We felt good about this one and launched a week later before Christmas.

He made £14,632 on beta launch.

It got shut down unfortunately because he thought building a second gym (right before Covid) was a better move....

FULL CIRCLE COACHING 

We worked with Tom for about 7 years, this is what formed us as marketers.
We got 15% of company revenue minus whatever it cost us to get the business.

We tested EVERY FCKN THING WE COULD in that time.

We did build a VSL and put $2k in ads,
which got 500 applications,
and over $125,000 in new coaching sold in one summer.

When we finally had our method and came back to test it on the company we could never crack.
